Train staff through research

INRA offers a broad range of opportunities for training your current or future staff members through research

Training staff through research is a particularly efficient means of developing both your R&D and your scientific and technical knowledge.

Training may take different forms in terms of its duration and objectives: the attachment of technicians or researchers from your company for long or shorter periods, CORTECH (research convention for senior technicians) grants or CIFRE (industrial convention for training through research) theses, INRA Industrie thesis grants and post-doctoral grants.

In many cases, training is coupled with the conduct of a research and development programme of interest to both your company and the research unit.

Depending on the objective, the work and training programme is determined jointly by the company and the laboratory; contractual and financial arrangements differ, depending on the formula retained.
