Research partnerships

Sustainable and targeted partnerships giving priority to small and medium-sized enterprises

  • Sustainable partnerships

INRA seeks to build sustainable partnerships with private-sector research which will render its own research activities more dynamic, professional and fast-moving.  INRA actively contributes to initiatives such as foundations, mixed networks, consortia, integrated European projects and regional poles of excellence and competitiveness, aimed at promoting long-term research development strategies with groups of private partners.

  • Targeted partnerships

As for the choice of its strategic research partners, INRA gives priority, without any distinction concerning nationality, to companies focused on the long-term development of employment in France, with a high scientific and technological added value.

  • Priority to small and medium-sized enterprises

Because innovation is often achieved by small and medium-sized enterprises which then create the most employment, INRA wishes to ensure the continued access of these companies to key technologies.
