From September 17- 21, 2006 in Nantes, France: “Food is Life”, the 13th congress of the International Union of Food Science & Technology (IUFOST). It is co-organised by the Association for Development and Research in the Agri-food Industry (ADRIA) and INRA, with the support of several partners. The conference will embrace fundamental and applied aspects of major frontier topics in Food Science. Consumer behaviour and educational issues will also be an important part of the programme.
