MIG - Mathematics, Informatics and Genome Unit

 
The Mathematics, Informatics and Genome Unit (MIG, INRA Research Centre of Jouy-en-Josas) groups together mathematicians, computer scientists, physical chemists and biologists around the analysis of genomes. It is a cross-disciplinary unit depending on 3 INRA departments: Applied Mathematics and Informatics, Microbiology and the Food Chain and Animal Physiology and Livestock Systems. The role of the unit is to provide biologists with support in all aspects of bioinformatics. MIG positions itself in the field of integrative biology. Presentation, People, Research (statistics, genome structures, transcriptome, 3D structure, modelling, automatic text analysis, data mining, databases…), Projects, Publications, Web services and Software. French and English versions.
