France and the USA exchange their views

Roger Beachy, Director of the NIFA (National Institute of Food and Agriculture) at the United States Ministry of Agriculture and François Houllier, Deputy Director General in charge of scientific organisation, resources and evaluation at INRA met to exchange their views on research in green biotechnology and innovation in agriculture. This debate was organised on 3 May 2011 by the United States Embassy in France, at INRA head office in Paris. The debate was led by Hervé Guyomard, Scientific Director for Agriculture at INRA.
