      <title>Prominent US researcher James Hammitt to join INRA-Toulouse for 4 years</title>

      <description>James Hammitt is a professor of economics and decision sciences at Harvard University. A mathematician by training and a former researcher for the RAND Corporation, Prof. Hammitt is the quintessential multidisciplinary researcher, with some one hundred articles in publications such as Nature, Science, and  top economics journals. He has carried out empirical research on risk management and works with US risk management bodies such as the Environmental Protection Agency.  Prof. Hammitt joined the team of the Laboratoire d’Economie des Ressources Naturelles (LERNA) on 1st September 2010 as part of the 2009 Scientific Package programme. LERNA is a joint research unit run by INRA and the Université de Toulouse 1 Capitole, part of the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE).</description>
