INRA's science policy on plant biotechnologies
INRA's science policy on plant biotechnologies is defined according to the different objectives of a mission-oriented insitute working to further knowledge for the benefit of society. This document, in which INRA specifies its position and work methods, was written following scientific and ethical discussions associating outside experts and representatives of society, as well as from feedback from a pilot experiment in Colmar on a genetically-modified fanleaf-resistant vine rootstock. The science policy document was validated by INRA's Board of Directors on June 27th, 2007.
