- to identify and explore new research questions. INRA benefits from a four-year strategic orientation programme which serves as a basis for targeted contracts with its relevant Ministries.
Foresight is a tool used to define both long-term strategies and four-year trends. It makes it easier for the Institute's partners to participate.
